8:00 am to 4:30 pm - Monday through Friday
What time can I pick up my will call order?
Generally, we would like 45 minutes to have your will call order ready. If you need to have a pickup time sooner, just let us know in the notes on your order.
Order and Product Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 24 hours of placement. Our cut off time for same day shipping orders is 3:00 o’clock. Orders must have completed all stages of processing before 3:00. Note – some common carriers arrive early, and we do our best to get your shipment out that day. Please place your orders as soon as possible.
Do you ever back order items?
Yes. While we strive to keep our stock levels high, there are times when you will have a back order. You will be notified of any back orders within 24 hours.
Where can I find/get a tracking number for my order?
Generally, your tracking number/s are listed on your invoice. Feel free to email us email@example.com or call us at 800-967-4070
What if I do not see the product I’m looking for?
Give us a call and one of our sales representatives will discuss your product needs and what Dynamic has to offer you.
May I order a custom color?
Yes. Our custom color mixes are for Pantone C and made with Rutland’s quality mixing software and product. Just add a note to your order stating which Pantone C number you want. To order, go to PANTONE CUSTOM COLOR MIXING and choose size and color range of the custom color.
Disputes or Issues
What if I am having problems with my product or process, who should I contact?
If your having problems with a product or a screen printing process give us a call. Our sales representatives have years of experience to help you out.
What if I want to return something?
All returns MUST go through our office and MUST have an RGA# on the return package. Before returning any product please call our office to discuss the issue and to obtain authorization for the return.
Who do I contact if I have a dispute on my invoice?

Do I have to set up an account to order from you?
Setting up an account is always better. To order online you will need to register for an account. Once you have registered you will immediately be able to order online.
What if I lose my login name and password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page and click on the forgot password link. If you’ve forgotten your login information. It will be the email you use on your account. If you don’t know the email you use, give us a call at 800-967-4070
How do I get a copy of an invoice or statement?
You can obtain a copy of an invoice from your customer portal on the website or email at email@example.com or call us at 800-967-4070.
I am a business and would like to put my resale number on file, who do I contact?
If you would like to put a resale on file, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800-967-4070 our representatives will be able to assist you.
Can I have multiple people order on my account with different login credentials?
You can set up multiple people to order online using one account. Give our office a call and we can set up multiple login accounts for you.
